Since 2015, Redbrick has built a formidable portfolio of Grade A managed commercial properties across four cities – Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata with a combined area of approximately 5.5 million sqft. In addition to a INR 50 Billion portfolio of assets managed, Redbrick Group also is also a landlord in many of its managed properties with an owned portfolio worth over INR10Bn.

The planned expansion through 2026/27 will double our portfolio of managed workspaces to above 10 million sqft adding Ahemdabad, Indore, Lucknow to the mix.
