With years of designing and operating expertise, Redbrick made a statement by delivering a fully furnished tower for Citigroup in 1991. Since then we haven’t looked back and have been providing bespoke, collaborative workspaces for clients such as HDFC, BASF, Aon, General Electric, Buzzfeed, ScoopWhoop, Flipkart, OLX and many more.

Bombay Connect, India’s first community-focused coworking space was born as a social incubator, and set the scene for coworking in India.
Redbrick Offices launched coworking spaces in Andheri & Powai with startups like Bizongo and corporate clients like Viacom and Micheleman.
Redbrick Offices launched a fully pre-sold 700-seater office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad with enterprise client StateStreet and over 30 startup companies.
Redbrick Offices launched in Kalpataru, a Grade A Thane building. Large, small & custom-built office solutions for clients like GE and Karvy.

Its' been a momentous year. The Redbrick Group was founded on three principal values - growth, quality and collaboration. Aspiration is the seed of growth. At Redbrick, we have been creating spaces for the aspiring Indian for 40 years. The growth of the economy, and prosperity in India has also been the story of our growth. This is reflected in our portfolio of projects from SRA & luxury residences to high end commercial office spaces. In 2017, we completed and delivered an award winning redevelopment project in Ghatkopar, a high-end luxury development in Kandivali, and we firmly planted our flag in the growing universe of managed work spaces. We define quality as an uncompromising commitment to strong ethics, meaningful relationships, top-notch services and built-to-last products. Our commercial real estate division has seen tremendous growth, because of this unwavering commitment to quality. In 2017, we merged with Bombay Connect, bringing into our fold the oldest and most revered brand in the Indian coworking world. We will leverage the brand & aggressively expand our coworking footprint across India, and beyond. Looking to the next two years, we are prepared for aggressive growth in our Coworking & Serviced Offices business, in line with the #workshift theme. This will add tremendous value to our landlords, communities, employees and stakeholders.
